Made in the mid 20th century this basket was used to gather rinse and boil. There are no feet. In early catalog's it is listed as a boiling basket. Pictured in the catalog is an enamel pan with the basket inside.The basket is in good order with no damage. Close to six inches in height.

These were made in the mid 20th century. Some whimsical but practical use after the War. American made.This chicken measures from breast bone to tail 9 inches. The body is 3 1/2 inches high and 5 inches wide. Total height from bottom of the chicken to top of the head is 4 1/2 inches. The chicken is in good order ready for your kitchen!

This is a trivet for an iron. It is from the mid century. The piece is very uniform in shape. Appears to be factory made. But it does have the curly loops on the sides.The design is plain yet the wire is fancy. It has crimped wire to form the shape. It has three feet. The center is hooked and fitted. The back feet have wire wrapping to hold the curly loops in place. It is in good condition with strong old patina. No breaks in any wire. It does measure 9 1/2 inches in length and 4 3/4 inches wide ...

Simple and plain very sturdy and in wonderful condition! Each leg is wrapped in wire. Found in New Hampshire. This is American wire and from the turn of the century.
