Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyers to pay shipping and insurance fees where applicable. I usually ship my items through USPS, the most economical way possible. Some larger items will be packed and shipped by UPS.


AS AN ADDED NOTE - PLEASE FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO A USPS SHIPMENT.
***If your order arrives damaged, you must take the item and packing material including the box to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will send the claim to us so we can complete it, and show the value of the item damaged. Please do not mail the damaged items back to us. If you do send it back to us - we will not be able to give you a refund.***

Please remember that the items I am selling have all been previously owned. I buy estates and frequently get calls from people selling family heirlooms. I also buy at auctions and the occasional flea market and garage sale.
Some items have been more 'gently' used than others. It is unrealistic to assume they will look and smell brand new. I will describe any flaws, I do not hide or gloss over damage! My goal is a satisfied customer.
