Antique Amberina Glass Cruet with Original Stopper - Inverted Thumbprint

This is a wonderful Amberina cruet. Amberina Glass was developed in 1883 by Joseph Lock. It is made by adding gold powder to the amber glass batch. This cruet is the Inverted Thumbprint pattern.

It has the original amber glass faceted stopper, but the stopper is not perfect. It has small flea bites on the some facet corners. The stopper is 2-3/4" long. The cruet is 4-1/4" high, and is in excellent condition. It has no chips, or flea bites. The applied handle is a beautiful shade of amber. Ground and polished pontil.
