This is a beautiful Victorian scroll work brass mirror with its original beveled mirror. It stands securely on 2 feet and has a swing open easel type support in the back which is in excellent working order. Originally a dresser, vanity or dressing table mirror, use this lovely mirror as an accent piece anywhere. Ca. late 1890's. CONDITION: Lovely patina to mirror and frame. This is a beautiful gold gilt mirror from the House of Borghese. It has an old paper label on the back side but part of it is missing. It measures 26" tall x 13" at it's widest point. It is in great condition. The screws holding the chain in back have been replaced by me, one had pulled out and was missing, while the other was loose. The plaster base under the gold gilt is in fine shape with no gouges or missing pieces.
