This is a gorgeous hand hammered copper tray in excellent condition. I do not even see any scratches on the front! There is a small hanging loop on the back for hanging, and there are the remains of felt protectors on the bottom for placing flat on a table. It has a floral motif going on in the center...that flows beautifully out from that. This is a old match safe. It has the initials "T S" or "F S" marked on one side. It is also marked "G SILVER" on the inside edge. This type of match holder probably belonged to a "working man". There are some minor dents, after all this was carried in a pocket. There is a strike plate on the bottom front and back. It measures 1-1/2" wide and 2-3/4" high. The hinge is in good working order. This is a beautiful gold gilt mirror from the House of Borghese. It has an old paper label on the back side but part of it is missing. It measures 26" tall x 13" at it's widest point.
