Our Service Pledge To You:
Unless there would be a huge emergency, I will respond to all purchase orders within 24 hours. I will always attempt to describe an item to the best of my ability and knowledge.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Any jewelry orders will receive free shipping in the US if purchased at stated price. First class shipping will be 2.00 and insurance is available for 1.00. Any of my larger items will be shipped the most economical way for you.

For your convenience and ours, and so it will be easy to know when to expect your items, we will be shipping on Monday and Thursday. Money orders and cashiers checks when they arrive will be treated like cash and will go out the next shipping day. Personal Checks will ship the next shipping day after the check has cleared. Thank you for your understanding.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
The items that I sell are vintage and some normal wear is to be expected. I try to inspect all my items really well and point out any flaws. If an item is like new, it will be stated. Some form of payment must be made within two weeks of the purchase order or sale will be voided and the item returned to the floor.

I do have a layaway plan for items or total sale over $100.00 in value. Please request this information via e-mail if interested.
