Costume jewelry made in Austria has a glow about it that I think is different from any other costume jewelry, and this one is mind blowing.

Large prong set stones in bright pink and purple in a circle shape with lacy settings that make it look like a circle of flowers. The stones are brilliant.

Measures about 1.5 in all directions and is signed Made in Austria on the back. Excellent, excellent condition.
