I'm not sure if it is silver plate or another base metal, but it is highly detailed and finished in a silver color.

It is a bold size, about 2" by 2.5" inches. The stones are really large they are each 1/2" wide and 3/8" tall. Beautifully faceted.

The clasp is tight and strong, and the over all condition is excellent. Circa late 1970-early 1980.
