A product of the era when all the metal was used for the war effort is what this old beauty appears to be. Shaped in a triangle, a burr setting is used for the base, and then has glued light or baby blue rhinestones. Nice size, it measures 2.25" X 2". Excellent vintage condition.

This brooch is a stunner! Very, very large, measuring 3.5" wide and 2.75" tall, this pot metal beauty combines foiled and unfoiled stones in a pleasing four sided design. The largest faceted round stones are clear and the square and all the rest are either foiled or have closed backs. The foil is in great shape for the age of this brooch, which I am guessing dates at least back to the 1950s. The stones are primarily prong set, with a faux burr finish to them.
