This is a Royal Bayreuth plate from Bavaria c. 1910. The fore ground depicts the scene of a young woman feeding her chickens. The background portrays a rustic setting of trees, mountains and clouds. Feather strokes of additional chickens can been scene. This plate is in very good condition with the usual flaws. Darling collectors stamped "Punch", Z.S. &Co.", "Bavaria" in green. This 9 1/2" plate features an old women in front of a house with a yard full of animals. This pretty scene is against a white background. Gold trim has been applied to the rim. In excellent condition, there is a small chip on the bottom of the plate.

This is a very pretty collectors plate of a branch of peaches, berries and pink blossoms. The background is done in shades of green, brown and ivory. It is marked "Punch", "Z.S & Co." "Bavaria" in blue on the underside of the plate. This plate was made by ZEH SCHERZER & CO. who have been making porcelain since 1880. This is a hot chocolate opt set ~ complete with lidded pot, sugar, creamer and 4 small mugs. The serving pot is 7" tall and 3 1/3" wide. It holds approximately 1 quart. The 4 cups are 3" tall by 3/4" wide. The cups hold 1 cup of liquids. The sugar and creamer are both 2" tall and 3/4" wide. We think the lid goes on the pot but it also fits the sugar. There is a tiny chip on the lid which the previous owner covered up with the same aqua blue paint. Excellent vintage condition.

Very pretty young figurine is actually a planter. This porcelain figure is 8 1/2" tall and approximately 4 1/4" at her widest point. This ivory figurine is dressed in a gown of a lighter ivory. Flowers of purple, orange, yellow, blue and wine are splashed across her gown. This figurine is trimmed in silver, a nice change from the usual gold leaf. In excellent condition, this vintage German planter would make a nice addition to any room.
