-Price our items against like items in a fair and competitive manner.

-Submit excellent pictures to add in decision making. Our photographs may or may not be accurate scale.
We believe in good photography. If you need more pictures, just ask!

-We are not certified gemologists. All carat weights and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from the listed dimensions.

We ship quickly, mostly every day.

If it wasn't what you expected and want to return it, let us know. Our policy is a THREE day return from the day of receipt. We will not take any refunds after 3 days-no exceptions. We do use delivery confirmation. We do not have a restocking fee on jewelry. We do have a 15% restocking fee on hats and vintage clothing.

Thank you for stopping to view our collection of vintage jewelry, collectibles and antique items. Our goal is to provide shoppers with a unique, interesting and lovely selection of goods. This would include items such as hats, jewelry, silver items, china and porcelain and what ever we see that we know folks would enjoy! We opened White Oaks of Raleigh in April of 2006 on Ruby Lane. MANY THANKS to all our customers both in the USA and abroad. We'd like to share a few of the comments they have sent us over the last year.

Shopping on the internet should be fun and we believe in the Ruby Lane philosophy to shop and relax. It is a great way to look over many items from your home. We started our store because we are and have always been big internet shoppers. When my three sons were small we lived in Pittsburgh, PA. Getting them ready to go to a mall, let alone taking them there was exhausting. That is when my internet shopping experience began. Now that they are teenagers, I could swing by the mall when ever I wanted to. With gas prices rising every day, I’d rather just pop into some of my favorite Ruby Lane stores and look around. I don’t even have to carry my bags to the car!
