REDUCED Blue and Green Extraordinary Any Which Way Necklace

This necklace was supposed to be a 17 inch choker but so many beads wanted to be included in this masterpiece it ended up being a multi-style 41 inch beauty. I started with two sets of stunning artisan crafted lampwork beads from two different but each very talented glass artists. Sterling silver bead caps and Swarovski crystals in 3 different colors and sizes border these beads. An ornate set of sterling silver connectors join the first set of triple strings that add length to this design. A cocktail of green shaded beads of tubes,"e" beads and seed beads are on these strings. Two lovely sterling silver bead caps separate the next triple string braid of navy blue tube beads and light green seed beads. I was going to make this an over-head-necklace but a very beautiful sterling silver Marcasite toggle volunteered to be the clasp. It is so exquisite it needs to be seen as a focal bead at least some of the time. That's why this necklace is so perfect. It can be worn long with the clasp behind the neck or positioned anywhere else. It can be double over in many different ways each accenting a different set of focals. The versatile design and the artistry of the beads make this piece a real keeper. A perfect gift both elegant and sophisticated.
