Our Service Pledge To You:
Most purchase orders will be processed within hours, however, due to occasional problems with accessing the Canada Post website, we have had to increase our PROMISED response time, to ensure accurate shipping costs are used. We respond to all orders within 72 hours, excepting when circumstances make this impossible. (ie; power outages, service provider problems, store is in 'vacation mode') In which case, we will respond as quickly as possible with explanation for the delay.

We guarantee our items to be as described and packed well for shipping. If you have any questions about our items, please e-mail and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Shipping amount is based on insured parcel rate through Canada Post, unless alternate options are requested or stated. Buyer pays for ACTUAL shipping and insurance. We do not charge a handling fee. Customs and duty fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Restocking Fee:
No re-stocking fee for returned items.

Other Information:
Items for which we have accepted an offer will be held for 7 days. If payment and shipping arrangements have not been made by the end of that period, item will be returned to available status to enable other shoppers the opportunity to purchase.Canadian residents must pay GST on all items, and Ontario residents must also pay PST.
