Our Service Pledge To You:
Most purchase orders will be processed within hours, however, due to occasional problems with accessing the Canada Post website, we have had to increase our PROMISED response time, to ensure accurate shipping costs are used. We respond to all orders within 72 hours, excepting when circumstances make this impossible. (ie; power outages, service provider problems, store is in 'vacation mode') In which case, we will respond as quickly as possible with explanation for the delay.

We guarantee our items to be as described and packed well for shipping. If you have any questions about our items, please e-mail and we will respond as quickly as possible.

About Us
WENDAN opened our brick and mortar location in lovely Sundridge, Ontario in April of 2000 and we have become a favorite stopping place for visitors and residents alike.

Our customers love to come in and browse through our wide selection of ever-changing items. With an inventory that includes glass, china, pottery, folk art, granite/enamel ware, jewelry and more, there is always something for most everyone to enjoy.

If you are in the area, come on downtown and take a look and see for yourself why our customers return over and over again!!

E-mail ordering is available 24hrs a day and is our preference.

We are always willing to consider offers, so don't be shy! If your offer is accepted, item will be held for 7 days by which time payment and shipping arrangements must be made or the item will then be made available to other shoppers once again.

Questions and orders may be answered during the evenings and overnight hours. Shipping questions will be answered A.S.A.P. (please see our service pledge)
