Our Service Pledge To You:
I try to ship the next day after the payment receipt/clear and item will be out no later than the 3rd business day. I always have a delivery confirmation included and send the tracking number after the shipping.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
I shipping through USPS, first class or priority at buyer's choice with deliver confirmation. Buyers pay for the shipping, insurance of $1.65 or $2.15 is optional for items less than $100, insurance is a must for items over $100, actually shipping cost is determined at the time of check out.

International buyers, I can only accept payment from PayPal confirmed address and ship only to UK, Canada, Australia.

In case of package lost/damage, I'll promptly provide the insurance document to the buyer through a secured/registered mail, I won't be held responsible to submit claim or collect insurance, by purchasing my items buyer automatically agree with this term.

Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns.

Other Information:
Please contact me within 3 days of a purchase order to discuss the payment and the shipping. All payments are expected within 10 days unless other arrangements have been made prior the purchase.

PayPal (to confirmed address) preferred, Money order, personal check also gladly accepted (personal checks will need to clear first).
