This is one of the finest antique carved shell cameo bracelet I've seen in a while. It has six oval panels, each prong set with a beautifully and exquisitely carved shell cameo depicting different goddess.

Five of the cameos are facing right and one is facing left, judging from the hair ornament, there are two Demeters with wheat crown, two Floras with flower decorations, one Hera, and one Terpsichore with laurel leaves. The carving is incredible and the details are amazing. Definitely from the hands of a master.

The cameos are set in silver gilt (marked 800) frames, it retains most of its gilding with only a few tiny tarnish spots over the prongs. All cameos are in excellent condition. the bracelet closure snaps on nice and tight and opens easily.

The bracelet measures 6 3/4" wearable length, each cameo panel measures 1 1/16" by 13/16" (a tad over 3/4"). Condition is very good.
