A not-so-simple little luxury this. Elegant and sensuous all at once. The links are an exquisite reinterpretation of the traditional Celtic Knot and are rendered in solid platinum. How could I resist this marvelous bracelet? The Oak leaf and acorn motif is just so charming! Made in about 1940 by the artist Hugo Grün. Grün was a highly respected Copenhagen silversmith whose workshop existed from 1918 to 1985. The designs thus span from late Art Nouveau, called 'skřnvirke' in Danish, through Art Deco, functionalism, 1940s floral and post second world war modernism.
