In 2 separate bezel settings are a 4mm X 3mm brilliantly blue sapphire and a 2mm diameter emerald. Both stones are beautifully faceted and have wonderful color. Then there's the diamonds: two 2mm diamonds are nestled in one side of the band and a single 2mm diamond sits on the opposite side, while a strip of 4 tiny diamonds runs in a line away from the sapphire. All the diamonds are sparkling clear and top quality. Lots of pretty glitter!

At its widest point at the top, the ring is about 9mm wide and tapers to 3mm at the bottom in the stamped band. The ring is a size 5 by my ring-sizer but resizing should be no issue in a band this wide. The stampings have worn very thin over time, but you can still make out the 14k, some letters that look like "OEI" or "CEI" and a flower hallmark.

While time has produced some scuffing on the gold, it's nothing a good polish by your jeweler couldn't buff out. This is a lovely solid ring with lots of unique appeal. Nice one!
