We had this magnificent sapphire and diamond necklace appraised back in February 2009. With its 46 diamonds totaling 0.87 cts and that incredible 1.37 ct sapphire all set in 14k yellow gold, this piece of quality jewelry appraised at $3150 CAD, or on today's exchange, $2895 USD. Measuring 16" long, this necklace weighs 6.40 grams. The lovely figure 8 diamond-studded sections either side of the big sapphire, are each 3/4" long. That sapphire itself measures 8.00mm X 6.00mm X 3.50mm and is of dark, slightly grayish blue color with a good cut.

The 46 claw-set round brilliant cut diamonds in the necklace range from SI-2 - I-1 clarity with H-J color, meaning you get 0.87cts of lovely glittery diamonds.
