Appraised on June 9, 2009 at $1850 CAD (that's $1700 USD at the time of listing this here), this 16" necklace that becomes a double chain to hold the diamond-studded pendant weighs 5.30 grams.

The diamond pendant with its criss-cross bead-set design measures 3/4" long by 1/2" wide and contains 23 diamonds of Si1 - i1 clarity and G-I color for a total diamond carat weight of 0.18.

Cascading from the diamond pendant are 3 gorgeous and clear bezel-set natural amethyst briolettes, measuring 7.00 X 5.00 X 2.50mm each. Their clarity is graded as eye-clean, type 11. They have a good cut and the total weight of the 3 amethyst briolettes is 1.53 cts.

This superb, graceful necklace has been hand-assembled. The simple traditional clasp is stamped 585, suggesting European origin, while the pendant is stamped 14k. Our appraisal, photo #9, will accompany your purchase.
