This is a great early piece of Mexican silver. It is stamped only SILVER MADE IN MEXICO. The brooch is in the form of a perched parrot bird with a single turquoise cabochon for the eye. It is a nice solid piece with good weight.

The brooch weighs 29.3 gr. It measures 3.5" tall x 1.125" across. It has a simple hand crafted flat C clasp.

Condition is good.
