This is a beautiful warmly glowing brown real tortoise shell brooch dating from the 1800s. 5 domed rounds surround and larger center circle forming a half of a flower form. From this 3 tear drop dangles are suspended. The back has its original C clasp and T hinged pin back.

The brooch with dangles measures 1.5" tall by 1.25" across.

Condition is good.

This example of antique tortoise shell jewelry has exceptionally fine color and lustrously smooth surface.
