This is a dainty feminine marked 14K yellow gold brooch set with 12 seed pearls evenly interspersed with 3 sapphires. The pearls and sapphires are slightly graduated in size, larger in the center. The sapphires are presumed to be synthetic man made sapphires, which was quite common in the early 1900s. The seed pearls are real natural pearls. This brooch is estimated to date from the early 1900s.

This brooch weighs 1.9 gr. It measures 1.75" long. The depth of the curve is about .5". The widest width of the pin in the center is .125". The center sapphire is about 2.5mm in diameter. The smallest seed pearls on each end are just barely over 1mm in diameter.

Condition is good.

This is such a perfect, simple classic brooch. The moon symbolism is romantic. A lovely gift.
