2 pairs appear to be Turkish shoes, one red and one green, both with upturned toes and plush velvet lining. The 2 pairs are both 2.25" long x .625" wide.
One pair resembles the footwear worn of Lapland, and has wool pom poms on the toes. This pair measures 2" long by .625" wide.
Another pair is a slip on leather shoe with no heel, 2" long by .625" wide.
The last pair is a thinner leather slipper in faded teal leather, with up turned toe ending in a gold tassel. These measure 2" long by .5" across.
