This is an unusual late Arts & Crafts/ early Deco style necklace in an equestrian motif of linked horseshoes. The center medallions are each set with a mottled green art glass cabochon. The setting surrounding the cabs is etched with a geometric pattern showing Deco influence. I consider this to be a transitional piece dating from the 1920s. The setting is unmarked. It tests as 800 silver on the horseshoe links and center medallions, but sterling on the clasps. Thus it is possible it was once one long necklace that was separated into a matched set. Personally I prefer it as 2 pieces.

The bracelet measures 8" long by 3/4" wide. The necklace is 16" long by 3/4" wide. Combined they weigh 32 g.

This would be a unique accessory for a horse enthusiast. The horseshoe links are a subtle acknowledgment of an equestrian interest.
