Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Payment by Paypal is expected within 3 days after commitment to purchase. Money orders and personal checks are due within 7 days after commitment to purchase. ONLY US MONEY ORDERS AND CHECKS ACCEPTED.
Precluding unforeseen circumstances, merchandise will be shipped the next business day if payment is received by 6PM and always within 3 business days after payment is received. Checks require a 5-day clearance prior to shipment. Buyer pays for shipping, handling and insurance. We ship Priority Mail statewide with insurance unless requests are made for alternate shipping and no insurance. International shipping is, in most cases, Priority. Insurance is recommended for your protection and is required on some items. Jewelry and other small items listed with Free Shipping and Insurance are sent First Class. I AM HAPPY TO GIVE SHIPPING QUOTES PRIOR TO THE SALE, SO PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned. Seller must be notified within three days after receipt of item if you wish to return. Item must be returned insured mail at buyers expense. We will not refund on a lost item. If the item is in the same condition as when sent, upon receipt seller will issue refund for the item, less 10%.
