This vintage hat is simply beautiful! It is by famous designer Lucila Mendez and bears her label inside that reads Lucila Mendez Exclusive New York. The rich jewel tone paisley print is accented with red, black and gold tone beads all over. It has a black 3/4 face veil the cover the entire top of the hat. The hat is 2" high and approximately 20" inside. It can be worn tilt style to the front, on top or a bit to the side . It has a small comb on each side to secure to the hair. A lovely cocktail hat that is in very good vintage condition! It will deliver to you in a new decorative hatbox!
