Framed Vintage Needlework ~ Plaid Puppy and Red Cat

This is an very cute vintage country style needlework that has been framed. It features a blue plaid dog with red bow and a red kitten with a matching blue plaid bow. Each is hand stitched in black thread using a whipstitch. The background material looks like old unbleached muslin and it does show some age spots. The dark wooden frame has a glass cover and is papered on the back with a wire hanger. The overall finished dimensions are 12 x 15 inches. It is in beautiful vintage condition.
