Duke of Edinburgh Royal Horse Old Wood Engraving

This large image with margins all around is from the 1800s ~ an old wood engraving of horses held for the master...ready to be saddled. The engraving has two signatures, Vorwarts and Duke of Edinburgh in the image and under the image it is fully documented in what appears to be German. It reads Beriihmte hengfte des oftpreufzifchen hauptgeftiits Crafehnen. Originalzeichnung von G. Koch. The last sentence translates Original Drawing of G. Koch. The image has a 2" burgundy mat and the vintage frame is an ornate gold metal with slide in stand type back. The overall size is 11" x 14". This framed print is in excellent condition and what a treasure!
