SALE Dugan Marigold Apple Blossom Ruffled Bowl ~ Circa 1900's

This bowl was recently acquired from the estate of a 98-year old lady that was a decorator. I have not been a collector of Carnival glass so I did a bit of research the last few days in order to list several pieces. Some of you Carnival Glass collectors could give me some pointers! This lovely bowl is approximately 7 1/4" in diameter and 2" deep. It features the "Apple Blossom" design with a satin iridescent finish in Marigold. Note the "rainbow" effect in the glass around the edges. The ruffled and scalloped edge bowl is footed and as with glass from the 1900's, most had factory made production flaws such as tool marks, bubbles, straw marks, etc. These are normal flaws and not damage. This bowl does have a chip on the footed base, but does not detract from the beauty of the bowl as a decorator piece. This is reflected in the price. The stand is not included.
