This gorgeous Fenton Apple Blossom Crest bowl is a recent estate acquisition. Apple Blossom Crest was first introduced in 1960 and is not to be confused with the Apple Blossom pattern. It is Milk Glass fluted with edges ranging from light pink to deeper reds of hand spun Opaline glass and this piece is one of the prettiest examples I have seen to date! This lovely Fenton bowl was recently acquired from an estate. It is Fenton's #7425 bowl, 7 1/2" and 4" tall. It actually measures 8 1/2" across, but the listings all have 7 1/2" for this pattern. It is in Silver Crest with a crimped and ruffled edge in a very different six-sided pattern ~ unusual and lovely! It is in excellent condition from the 60's.
