This is a wonderful hat recently acquired from a European buy. It is a loosely woven cellophane straw in shiny black. It features a wide organza band in white with a flirty 30's flower intermingled with soft white feathers and a center spray of gold. The cloche hat is 20" inside and is designed by Mr. Bert and bears his label. It is in excellent vintage condition and will deliver to you in a new decorative hat box!
