Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment, Weekend orders will be shipped Monday. 7 day hold on personal checks please. Delivery confirmation number provided to each customer so they can track their item.

International orders are sent first class airmail or the least expensive option unless other shipping is requested.

We are always happy to ship to your specifications.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 20% restocking fee on our shop items.

Other Information:
We not only honor Ruby Lane's return policy, we have a completely unconditional, no questions asked policy. If you are not pleased with any purchase for any reason, please just let us know within 3 days of receiving your item for return instructions.

Per Ruby Lane Return Policy, The item must be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging, insured (if sent to customer insured) for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the shop's tags and identifying marks intact.

The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless the item has been misrepresented. If it is found the item was not misrepresented, we must charge you a 20% re-stocking fee.
