what a darling skirt! and made by an environmentally friendly company! Perfect to "show your party" this year if your a Republican!

Ruched elastic waist with a nice tight elastic going thru the casing, it is all the SOFTEST black cotton you have ever felt! a really cute novelty / op art print appears to be silk screened, of elephants, "grass" and trees / or leaves all over the skirt. nice and full, with a great sweep at the hemline, perfect with boots for a hippie / boho/ sienna or even Safari look!
