Prettiest pink vintage 50s Quilted Robe Unique rhinestone buttons

very early 50s this little pink quilted robe is so pretty! tiny quilts it has wonderful seaming down each side of the front giving it a darling styling, and Two flaps in front are "faux" pockets inset into the front seams. round peter pan collar with a long wide satin ribbon to tie in a bow. it has three quarter sleeves. but the Buttons! absolutely FABULOUS! deep pink flowers, about 3/4" around, they have upturned fluted edges. And in the center of each flower button is a sparkly clear diamond like rhinestone. Outside is intricately quilted, inside is smooth silky nylon / acetate with a light fill padding

Label - neck only - "hand wash only" side seam very vintage, unique paper label -"ladies Garment Workers Union with a "WGWU logo, AFL/CIO through the center" and Pact 132543 number on it. Reasonable guess based on hand is all nylon, should fit some S small, M medium as well as L large, please let the measurements be your guide. it measures:

bust- 50 arm openings - 19 back/ shoulders, arm to arm -17 hips - 56 length- 42

Condition - appears never worn to very extremely gently worn, Ribbon appears to have never even been tied, but has some tiny impressions in the ribbon, they don't look like spots, but maybe age? no flaws.
