Precious vintage 60s Blue Gingham Check long lacy Nightgown XS S

Is there anything sweeter than vintage gingham~ and this little sweetie is late 50's early 60's. All blue & white Cotton check/ checkerd seersucker, the vintage nightgown has a square neckline, front and back.

Straps of gingham are edged with white lace that not only edges the neck, but~ continues under each arm and is DOUBLED all the way down the side seams! just sweet! A 15" split on each side has the lace edging both sides of the fabric. More lace trims the hemline, making it so very simple, yet frilly. Just precious!

Label ~ looped side seam, Green print.. Sears Jr Bazaar..50% cotton, 50% poly.. made in USA. vintage size 5, should fit XS, some S small, shown on a size 6 mannequin. please let the measurements be your guide, remembering to add at least 2" to your actual measurements for a comfortable fit.

Bust ~ 38 hips ~ 38 arm opening ~ 24 Back, shoulders, arm seam to seam ~ strap to strap - 10" length - shoulder to hem ~ 53

Condition ~ extremely gently worn if at all. no flaws, tons of body, ribbon and lace like new!
