Vintage Pink Prom Ball GWTW Gown Ruched One Shoulder Roses S Dress

absolutely beautiful! Very Gone With the Wind~ Romantic ~ late 50s early 60s ball gown. All pastel pink satin with unique asymmetrical styling, it has One strap on the left arm, the top of the strap trails across the neckline to just under the other arm . Sexy yet elegant.

The strap is ruched as well as the entire bodice, lots of soft gathers to just below the waist on the opposite side. Bodice is extremely fitted to enhance your hour glass shape, with a long zipper under the left arm to below the hip to make this easy to get into.

Three beautiful vintage wired roses accent the strap as it meets the bodice in front and back of the gown. Bodice is completely lined and Boned.

Soft gathers of the skirt to the dress are concealed under the ruching at the waist and the gown flows very full and free to the floor. a single layer tulle crinoline is attached to the skirt giving it the fullness shown in pictures. A crinoline could be added to make it even more Southern Belle fuller! Beautiful, and such a unique style.

Label - Dessy Creations New York, Dry Clean only. A separate tag states size 10, (Vintage sizing, please let the measurements be your guide, adding at least 2" to your actual measurements for a comfortable fit, it measures:

bust- 34 waist- 26 arm opening-16 hips - 42 length- 51 sweep - 176

Condition - very gently worn, no tears, rips or construction flaws, I do not have a reputable dry cleaner, so this has not been cleaned and has a faint but long spot in front near the hemline, lost in the fullness but a good dry-cleaning to freshen and remove spot would be recommended if wearing for a wedding or formal occasion.
