we will be traveling quite a bit over the upcoming holidays, so the next days we will be shipping are December 1st, 2nd & 3rd; after that we will not be able to ship until after January 1st, so get your shopping in NOW and we'll also throw in an extra 20% off on all orders placed and paid for before December 1st!

When you place an order with us, we respond within 24 hours with shipping information (if not already included in the item description). We ask that you finalize your PAYPAL payment within 3 days, if not, we reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item.

REMEMBER ~ our next shipping date will be December 1st; if you would like something for the holidays, we recommend placing your order and finalizing payment, so we can ship immediately on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd; after that, we will not be sending out shipments until after January 1st.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping & insurance charges only (including the delivery confirmation fee): we absolutely do NOT charge a handling fee. We will happily combine your purchases to lower the total shipping costs.

Estimated shipping to US destinations for basic items:Most clothing will be between $4.75 and $6.75 for priority mail...smaller items can be sent via first class for usually around $3.00. Heavier coats usually start around $9.75, so we generally ship via Fedex to reduce shipping expenses for you. Bulkier items are dependent upon destination, and can run between around $8 to $30 typically. For the heavier/bulkier items, we ship via Fedex as it is much less expensive, therefore we require an address other than a post office box for such items.

We happily welcome International Orders, but must figure shipping separately, and require delivery confirmation, and PAYPAL only for payment. Please email us for estimated rates per item. Please see additional International Buyers Guideline below.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

Other Information:
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.


We will be happy to gift wrap an order and ship to a third party for any holiday or special event you may have coming up!

We charge a flat fee of $3 for an item wrapped in tissue and placed in a gift bag, then in the mailing box, or $5 for tissue, box and wrap WITHin a mailing box.
