These bands have seen a resurgance in fashion recently, and this one in simple yet dramatic black is in fabulous and completely wearable condition.
This has a black grosgrain ribbon liner/base that is one and 1/8th inch wide, the band itself measures 12" from end to end, while the feathers wisp as long as 3" extra!
There is a 1/2" wide by 1/4" paper label along the band that says Japan in capital letters, and a 1/2" slit in the grosgrain under the feathers (please see photo).
In very good, extremely wearable condition, yet a collector's piece, as well.
