We are on our annual buying trip, so our next shipping dates are Dec 1, 2 & 3; after that we'll ship Jan 1st. Happy Holidays
The hem is very deep, too; it could easily be let down another 5"...as it is a turned finish hem, leading us to believe this originally was hemmed much longer.
The sleeves are extended cap sleeves (rather than set-in) and are nicely finished with bound-tape hems. The 15" metal zipper is by "co/ed".
There are no fiber labels; it feels like a blend, possibly some rayon, cotton, linen or possibly a touch of raw silk. It does have a slight slub to it, similar to a shantung weave. It does not pill.
It is a nice light weight, and looks great worn as is, but even BETTER with a full crinoline under it for additional shaping (we have it photographed WITH a crinoline, however it is not included with the dress).
Measurements: about 34" plus at the bust, 15" from shoulder to waist, and 34" from shoulder all the way to the hem. Its about 15" across the back shoulders and has an approximate 24" waist.
In very good, very wearable condition with no holes, tears or signs of wear visible; there is a hint of color loss at the shoulders, but not enough to capture in a photograph. Pricing accordingly.
This dress is so versatile; its pretty-as-can-be for lunch-in-the-city-with-the-girls, or to turn everyone's head at the next cocktail soiree, or it is the MOST fun for a blissful night of dancing (the skirt swirls out so great)!
