Vintage 70's "Red Eye" Turquoise, Brown & White Striped Knit Dress

Here's a CUTE little long-sleeved knit (feels like a cotton or cotton/blend) dress from the early to mid 70's by "The Red Eye" in a COOL colorway of chocolate-y brown, white, tan and smart turquoise blue. It has a ribbed knit neckline finish which matches the stripe perfectly, of course!

It is labeled a junior size 11-12: laid flat this measures 16.5" (33") under the arm (stretches up to ~38"). Across the back shoulders is a tiny 13.5", from center back to hem is about 33.5". Shoulders measure 3.25" from shoulder point to inside of neckline ribbing. (By the way, the shoulders are re-inforced with bias tape in the seams for extra strength.) The sleeves are 20" from shoulder point to hem, and 8" around at the hem.

At the waistline (~ 7" down from under the arms) it is 15.25" (31"); ~13" down from under the arms (approximate hip) it is 17" (~34" + a bit extra in stretch), and slightly flares to 20" flat (40" around) at the hem. Again, this is knit, so there is a bit of stretch to it (but you don't want it to pull too tightly and look like a tart)!
