Haven't you just always loved blowing bubbles. We loved it as a child and even as adults, we sometimes get the chance to blow bubbles, maybe for a small child to play with or to see a favorite pet chase them, or even now at a wedding where people blow bubbles rather than throw rice. Since blowing bubbles always brings a smile on everyone's face, just imagine the smile that this lovely old necklace will put on your face and everyone that sees you in it. This is a vintage necklace of transparent Lucite beads with an iridescent finish that reflects gorgeous pastel colors. This dates to the 1940's, and these particular beads were called "soap bubble" beads. My pictures do not begin to capture the luster and charm of these beads. The necklace measures approx. 18" but can be shortened as the hook can fit anywhere on the 2 1/2" small bubble adjustable end. This great necklace is unmarked and is in good vintage condition. Great for yourself, your collection, or a gift to a friend. While not exactly rare, they don't come up very often. Thanks for looking.
