Rare Signed Cyvra Huge Dragon Brooch & Earrings

This is a fabulous vintage three piece set, consisting of a huge brooch with matching earrings, and is of "Dragon's" studded with tiny little rhinestones and faux, gray pearls. The set was designed for Oleg Cassini in 1964, and signed by "Cyvra". The designer's signature, along with the other information, is on the back of all three pieces. Cyvra is the signature for two designers who worked together, Cyril Wood and Vera Wood. They opened their business in California in the 1950's designing jewelry, and also designing jewelry for Oleg Cassini in the 1960's. They used the lost wax method of casting their jewelry and often used precious metals. None of these pieces is marked as to the metal content however. The brooch measures 2 5/8 inches wide by 2 5/8 inches long. The clasp on the back is nice and secure. The earrings have clip on backs. Each is 1 1/2 inches long by 1 inch wide. All three pieces are in extremely fine condition. It is quite rare to find signed pieces by Cyvra, and, I'm guessing, rarer still to find a complete set this fabulous, and in this wonderful condition.
