In the world of Art Glass, collectors consider Venini to be the most important of companies. This bowl is Italian Murano glass, designed by Anni Trenta in 1982 for Venini. A bowl just like this one is in the Despard gallery in Australia. This still has the original "Murano Glass" sticker, and it has a fibro-engraved signature on the bottom that reads "Venini "82". This is quite a rare find! The color is called "Straw Yellow" with a dark green "Eggplant" colored base. This measures 10 inches, across the center of the top. It is 5 1/2 inches tall. This is from my private collection and it has spent its life on display in my home. I have taken very good care of it and give it an overall condition of the extremely fine. A beauty!
