Uranium Apple Green Opaline Glass Dresser Dish

To me, there is no glass that is more beautiful then Opaline Glass. This is that glass, made with Uranium, in a most wonderful color of green, which I've tried to capture accurately in my photographs. I took a picture of this piece under a black light, so that you can see that it glows so brilliantly it's almost blinding. That photograph is untouched! I believe this was made in England. Originally, it was most likely designed to go on a lady's dresser. However, the size also makes it perfect to use as a candy dish, relish dish, etc. It measures 4 1/8 inches, across the center of the bottom. It is 3 1/4 inches deep. The bottom has an embossed registration number, shown as well as I can show it, in one of my photographs. The polished bottom shows shelf wear, just as you would expect to find. I would give this an overall condition of extremely fine. It is gorgeous!
