Shaving mirrors are becoming hard to find. Good shaving mirrors, even harder. This one is terrific. The over all dimensions are 23 1/2" tall by 15" wide. The insert on the checkering on the base of the frame, both left and right are birds-eye-maple. The carved flower and leaves at the top of the frame are gold leafed, as are the carved pieces above the birds-eye-maple inserts. The whole piece sets on 4 bun feet.
