Before the movie Out of Africa, there was Katherine Hepburn in movies and suits like this.

Made to be timeless, classic and elegant, this is a FANTASTIC suit which can dress you up or down for any occasion.

Purchased approximately 10 years ago in Seattle, Washington, I never actually wore this vintage suit. The original painted flower buttons are still in place!

The styling is pure 1940's: shoulder pads, seamed waistline which flares out over the hips. Adding a long, traditional skirt to the jacket brings up the fashion quota from nice to stunning.

Wear this suit with some leather boots for an Out of Africa look, or pair the suit with heels for a night out on the town with a pure white silk blouse.

I love this suit today as much as when I carried it back from Seattle. Unfortunately, I can't fit into it any more, so lucky YOU! You get a wonderful vintage suit priced for what I paid for it 10 years ago.

Minor wear to the suit, no stains or smells. Some pressing of seams (like the skirt banding) might be needed to align seams correctly.
