Porcelain Cherub Figural Inkwell

Beautifully detailed porcelain inkwell featuring a pair of cherubs. One cherub is holding a bag in one hand with a bird atop the other. The other cherub is holding a basket that you could almost peak into. There are beautiful hand-painted and applied flowers, leaves and vines. In the center is an inkwell with a pretty floral design around the entire base and lid. Atop the lid is a rose.

The piece is marked, but I am not sure who the maker is. I have shown a close-up of it.

Measures almost 9-1/2" across x 8-1/2" high x 6" deep.

The overall condition is very good; but it does need to be cleaned as you can see in the photos. In addition, the lid is a very tight fit and it appears, to me, to sit slightly not level. There are a few chips to a couple of the applied flowers. None take away from the beautiful way this piece displays. Because of these things, I am including this piece with free insured shipping in the U.S. at a greatly reduced price below my actual cost since the previous owner was not so forthright in their description.
