Vintage Pedestal Stoneware Bowl with Ornate Base

Beautiful stoneware pedestal bowl on an ornate base. The bowl is in the shape of flower petal and appears to be hand-painted under a glaze in turquoise and brown. There is a pretty raised flower pattern in the center. There are a couple of tiny bumps, possibly air bubbles in the base of the bowl. On the underside of the bowl, there appears to be a small flake missing which is not easily seen unless you turn it over and are looking for it.

The pretty floral bowl is mounted on an ornate base which appears to be bronze or a similar material.

This is a large piece. The bowl measures 10-1/2" across and stands 6" high. Very heavy piece.

Other than the flaws mentioned above, none of which detract from the unique vintage beauty of this piece, the condition is very good.
