Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping and handling, which is a flat rate of $20.00 worldwide. All items are carefully packed, and shipped fully insured.

Restocking Fee:
There is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned unless misdescribed.

Other Information:
Payment is due within 12 days of the Purchase Order. On-line payment is due within 3 days of the Purchase Order.

We accept on-line payments via bank transfer; www.pppay; Western Union® Money Transfer service, and Paypal from a confirmed address.

Terms of Layaway :
A deposit of 34% is required initially, followed by two, monthly, payments of 33% each.
I.E. : A 34% down payment, followed by 33% one month later, and a final payment of 33% two months after the initial payment.

These terms may be flexible on more expensive items, and for repeat customers.

When the deposit is received, your item will be placed on hold for you, and shipped upon receipt of the final, cleared, payment.
If your item is partially paid for and the second or third payment is not received within 30 days of its due date, the monies already paid will be refunded less an administration fee of 15%.
